ADAM WILLEMS-JONES
FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Adam is the Founder and Managing Director of Allscope Projects. He has been a driving force in the industry since 1989. In 2010, driven by a deep commitment to direct client engagement, he established Allscope Projects.
Adam serves as the main point of contact for clients, expertly navigating project estimation, answering queries, managing pricing, and resolving challenges. His involvement spans the entire process, culminating in the project’s final handover, where his meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach truly stands out.
As a qualified Carpenter with a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Adam is both a registered builder and a licensed head contractor, holding a commercial unlimited license. Renowned for his calm demeanour, analytical mindset and steady resolve, he excels in managing the complexities of business operations with clarity and precision.
Adam finds great fulfillment in collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality projects that consistently exceed client expectations. His ability to foster strong client relationships ensures every project is a perfect fit, creating lasting value and trust.

Jason has been a trusted leader in the construction industry since 2005. With nearly 20 years of experience, Jason expertly manages on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, safely, and to the highest standards. His role encompasses project planning, scheduling, compliance, safety, quality control, procurement, contractor management, and clear communication with clients.
Driven by passion and a commitment to excellence, Jason thrives on helping clients bring their visions to life. He finds immense satisfaction in guiding projects from concept to completion, overseeing the transformation of plans into reality. Every project offers fresh challenges, only fuelling his problem-solving skills and dedication to continuous learning.
