SCOPE: Multi Site Government Office Fit-outs

Challenges: This project required the fit-out of offices nationwide, including rural and interstate locations, within live office environments. The work was executed under staged programs, particularly in Victoria and metropolitan areas, presenting logistical and operational challenges.
Our Approach: To address these challenges, we strategically increased labour resources, ensuring all work was completed on schedule. Offices were ready to reopen immediately after weekend construction, minimising disruptions in active workspaces.
Outcomes for our client: The fit-outs were delivered on time, enabling branches to remain operational throughout the construction process. This seamless execution supported Services Australia’s nationwide rollout, showcasing our expertise in managing complex, multi-location projects with precision and efficiency.
