SCOPE: Fit-out of Melbourne office for Lendlease

Challenges: This project came with several challenges, including external factors beyond our control, access and noise restrictions due to other tenants in the building, and the need to coordinate with other trades such as joiners and glazing. Additionally, meeting Green Star accreditation requirements added an extra layer of complexity, while the sheer scale of the large office tower demanded precise planning and execution.
Our Approach: Through strategic and diligent planning, we scheduled noisy work and material loading outside regular hours to minimise disruption. Dedicated administrative staff were assigned to efficiently manage and ensure compliance with Green Star requirements. Collaboration with other trades was prioritised to maintain a smooth workflow and overcome external obstacles.
